Mr. Joe E. Hulme, age 93, of Panama City Beach, Florida, formerly of Elberton, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2009 in a Panama City Beach nursing facility.
The graveside funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5, 2009 at 10am from Elmhurst Cemetery.
