Juanita Osborne

Mrs. Juanita Elizabeth Osborne passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2009 following a courageous battle with cancer.

The funeral service for Mrs. Osborne will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 at 3pm from the Hicks Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Jack McVeigh will officiate and burial will follow in Elmhurst Cemetery. The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends in the funeral home one hour prior to service.

Mrs. Osborne is preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, James H. "Buddy" Osborne and son Darrell Osborne.

Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, James A. and Theresa Osborne, Jr., Roy Kevin Osborne and Tony Justin Osborne, all of Elberton; grandchildren, Kelsey Shane and Daryl Andrew Osborne; sisters, Christine Brock and Barbara Jean Gabriel; brothers Raymond and Carl Moon; and nieces, Donna Christian and Diane Berry. A number of friends and other relatives also survive.
