Bob Fean

Mr. Robert Martin “Bob” Fean, age 75, of 981 Bio Church Road, Hartwell, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 in his home.

The memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2009 at 2pm from St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. Rev. Lee Payton will officiate; the body was cremated. The family will receive friends in the church following the service. The family is at their home. The family requests no flowers, memorials may be made to:

Born January 10, 1934 in Camden, NJ, he was the son of the late Alfred Fean and Sarah Hilbman Fean. He was retired from RCA/GE. He was founder and member of Bob Martin Quartet where he played the vibes. Mr. Fean was a U.S. Army Veteran; former member of National Guard; and enjoyed horses and furniture making.

Survivors include his wife, Leah Kita Fean of the home; daughters and sons-in-law, Jacklyn Schacht of Collingswood, NJ, Jerilyn Dean of Riverside NJ, Donna and Erik Rasmussen of McHenry, IL, Leah and John Cossarek of Lakemoor, IL and Jane and Bill Brickner of Cherry Hill, NJ; seven grandchildren and best friend, his English Setter “Echo”.
