Mr. William 'Stacy' Moore, age 36, of Fayetteville, passed away on Wednesday, June 17, 2009 in Tifton.
He was the son of Linda Edwards Moore and a veteran officer for Morrow Police Department.
The funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 21, 2009 at 2pm from the Morrow Chapel of Pope Dickson & Son Funeral Directors. Rev. Tom Shannon will officiate and burial will follow in Wesminster Memorial Gardens in Peachtree City. The body is in the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 4-8pm Saturday evening.
Survivors include his daughter, Ashley Moore of Fayetteville; mother, Linda Edwards Moore of Conyers, formerly of Elberton and Hartwell; and two brothers, Tracy Moore of McDonough and Chris Moore-Hoffer of Conyers. Several nieces; nephews; friends; and other relatives also survive.
The Morrow Chapel of Pope Dickson & Son is in charge of arrangements.
