Pamela Grace Fields, age 55, of 2236 Bellew Road, Bowman, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 in Athens Regional Medical Center.
The graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6, 2009 at 2pm from Forest Hills Memorial Park. Rev. Paul Rowe will officiate and burial will follow. The family is at the home of Mitch and Beck Smith and will receive frinds from 1-2 just prior to the service in Berry Funeral Home.
Born in Elbert County, she was a daughter of Mary Frances Payne Mason and the late Richard Ancel Fields.
Survivors include daughter, Rhonda Smith Rice; son, James M. Smith; brother, Michael Fields; and 2 grandchildren.
