Mr. Joe Nathan Harland, age 52, of 1650 Nancy Hart School Road, Hartwell, passed away on Wednesday October 14, 2009 at his residence.
The funeral service arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced later by Mack's Funeral Home.
Mack's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
