Mr. David Grady Veal, age 51, of 409 E. Church Street, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 at his home.
The funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 25, 2009 at 3pm from the Memorial Chapel of Berry Funeral Home. Rev. Tim Adams will officiate and burial will follow in Elmhurst Cemetery. The family will be at the home and will receive friends from 1-3 Sunday just prior to the service at Berry Funeral Home.
Born in Fulton County, he was a son of the late Harry Veal and Jackie Edwards Veal Terlaje. He was a member of Elberton First Baptist Church, a truck driver, and a U.S. Army veteran.
Survivors include daughters, Michelle Veal and Stephanie Veal Alewine; son, Johnathan Veal; sister, Debbie Christian; brother, Hugh Veal; and 9 grandchildren.
