Ms. Mabel Richard, age 97, of 261 Campbell Street, Elberton, passed away on Thursday, July 23, 2009 in her residence.
The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 28, 2009 at 11am from the Carlton Grove Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Lincoln Heights Cemetery. The body is in the McKinney ~ Neal Mortuary. The family is at the home.
