Fran Wesley Norris, age 45, died on Tuesday, March 10, 2009 in his home.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, March 13, 2009 at 3pm from Elberton Christian Church. Burial will follow in Elmhurst Cemetery. The family will be at the home and will receive friends from 1-3 just prior to the service in Elberton Christian Church.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Scarborough Norris; daughter and son-in-law, Hope and Daniel Carey; sons and daughter-in-law, Joey and Jessica Norris and Mackey Norris; grandson, Dakota Carey; granddaughter, Tybie Norris; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lisa and Buddy Giles and Brenda and Carroll Ashley; and several nieces and nephews.
