Mr. Alfred “Coleman” Davis, age 90, of Elberton passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at Elbert Memorial Hospital.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Violet Doty Davis.
Survivors include he sons and daughter-in-law, Al and Brenda Davis, and Paul Davis; daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Steve Arnette; brother, Bill Davis; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. A number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.
Memorial services for Mr. Davis will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2009, at 11AM from the Concord United Methodist Church with Rev. Al Davis and Rev. Wayne Smith officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the church of ones choice.
