Mr. Clarence William Finley, Jr., age 82, of Elberton, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2009.
The body is being cremated and memorial services will be announced at a late date.
He was born on May 25, 1927 in Rockville, CT, and was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Clarence W. Finley, Sr. Mr. Finley served in the U. S. Navy.
Survivors include his wife, Barbara A. Finley.
