Mr. Ralph William Webb, II, age 57, passed away on Sunday, May 24, 2009.
He was the son of the late Ralph William, I and Edna Fortson Webb. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Paulette Lowe Webb. Ralph was a member of Antioch Baptist Church an a US Army Veteran. He served in Germany in the early nineteen seventies.
The memorial service will be held on Friday, May 29, 2009 at 11am from Antioch Baptist Church in Dewy Rose. The family will receive friends from 10-11 just prior to the service in Antioch Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to:

Survivors include his son, Ralph William Webb, III; daughter, Angela D. Webb, both of Elberton; sisters and brothers-in-law, Joyce Webb and Tim Koontz and Linda Webb and Lynn Staulcup; brothers and sisters-in-law, Milton and Betty Webb and Bob and Susan Webb; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
