Mr. Joe James Rucker, age 46, of Second Street, Elberton, died on Wednesday, April 29,2009.
The funeral service will be held on Monday, May 4,2009 from the Cades Chapel Baptist Church. Rev. Geary McWhorter will be officiating. The body is in McKinney~Neal Mortuary.
McKinney~Neal Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.
