Mrs. Gladys E. Downer, age 77 of 1300 Mineral Springs Rd. Elberton, passed away April 28, 2009 in Elbert Memorial Hospital.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2009 at 2 pm from Whites Chapel CME Church. Burial will follow the service in the church cemetery.
