James Henry Bell, Sr., age 79, of Bowman Highway, Elberton died on Sunday, March 8, 2009 in Athens Regional Medical Center.
The funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2009 at 2pm from New Dove Creek Baptist Church. The body is in McKinney-Neal.
