He worked for 35 years as an iron worker. He was a loving father and grandfather and will be greatly missed by all.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Bonnell Hall.

Paul Giannoni, age 81, of 900 Oakhill Road, Elberton, died on Friday, March 13, 2009.

Paul was co-owner of Central Granite Company and served on the board of the First United Methodist Church. He managed the construction of Samuel Elberton Academy's gymnasium. Mr. Giannoni enjoyed life, friends, projects, and he especially loved his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Joe Giannoni.

Born July 17, 1943 in Franklin County, he was the son of the late Ernest Outz and Rosie Lee Buffington Outz. Frank was retired from Eagle Granite Quarries as a heavy equipment operator. He was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran serving in 25th Infantry. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Rosie; and brothers, George Thomas Outz and David Calvin Outz.
He is survived by his wife, Susie Weatherford Hammond Outz, of the home; sons, Matthew Outz of the home, PFC Cody Outz of Elberton, and Frankie J.
